Autocomplete mode: a one-line panel you type into. Turn on Autocomplete mode in Settings and the panel becomes one line: type a few letters to call up a whip, a setting or a menu. Whips run on Enter, and the same line also opens a new or temporary chat, picks a model, jumps to a role's chat, holds or loads text, and switches whipsets. Settings flip on or off right there. Matches open in a list above the line, a grey tag on the right says what kind each one is, and a short caption says what the highlighted item does or why it is locked. Your whipsets and workspaces stay as they are, and "Full panel" brings the whole panel back.

Prompt Factory takes your own prompts. The new "Send my 4 prompts" whip asks for four prompts you already have and sends them to the painter chat one at a time, as they are. No writer tab is needed.

Clearer English across the builder, settings and presets. Builder labels, hints and warnings now use one word for each thing (action, message box, List, variable name). Adversarial Refine and Study Coach now send prompts that use the same words you see on screen: draft, critique and topic.

New preset: Writing Helper. Set your writing style once. Then, in any chat, one click polishes the last text, makes it shorter or longer, or strips AI habits like em dashes and the question tacked on at the end. No tags or workspaces needed, and the style is the same in every tab.

You can now see and change the values a whipset remembers (art style, tone) in the whipset selector. Values like the Prompt Factory's art style get their own box at the top of the whip map. Click a line to change or clear it right there. The same value is used in every tab. When you export or publish the whipset, it stays out unless you tick "Also send the values this set remembers", which shows what goes along.

After an update, the first panel you open shows one line about what's new. It shows once per version and goes away when you close it or click Details. A fresh install doesn't show it.

New preset: Prompt Factory. Type one idea. One chat writes four image prompts, and WhipWhip sends them one at a time to the chat that draws: ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok. The style is asked once and used for all four, in every tab.

A fresh install starts with it. The tutorial opens on the recipe cards, the box on a card can start the factory, and the panel stays open after the tutorial.

Prompts sent to Gemini right after an image no longer get skipped. When a chat ignores the first press of its send button, WhipWhip presses once more, and only while your prompt is still in the box.

A reply that is only an image now counts as finished. Waits after an image prompt end when the image is there, on ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok. Long ChatGPT replies with several sections are read whole.

The English wording was reviewed across the extension. In ChatGPT on Edge, the panel now follows the page's light or dark theme.

Uninstalling opens a short, optional survey page. No account needed.

You can run your first whip right from the last tutorial page. Type a question and pick the answer comparison card: the question goes into the composer and the comparison starts. If the question is empty, or a service is logged out, the card is only added and the tutorial closes. Text you had already written in the composer is kept, not overwritten.

After five successful runs, a one-time review request appears. It never comes back, whether you open the link or dismiss it.

The tutorial's Skip and Next row stays on screen in short windows. On pages like Claude, where the composer sits mid-page, a short window could push that row off screen and leave the tutorial impossible to close.

The builder is clearer. The tag shelf opens its input only from the header + Add (confirm with ✓, close with ✕), and each variable chip shows where its value comes from (asked first · filled by a whip · fixed) on a second line. A list variable set to "asked first" is refused on save, with the reason. The temporary marker on a New chat card now follows your language.

On a set with no whips, the button says "+ New whip". It goes back to an icon once a whip exists.

Go to role now opens a new tab. It no longer overwrites the tab the run is in.

More presets tidied. Prompt Polisher and Insight Clipper left the gallery (copies you already took stay). Study Coach merges next, remedial and harder into one difficulty chip.

Fixes. A Compare chat that failed to send left an old compare marker that skewed the next pick · a New chat placeholder healed in the wrong tab · chat titles were read outside a conversation screen · the model picker read per-message button names · the panel could boot back to an older decision.

Compare AI Answers is rebuilt. Write your question in the message box, press Compare, and check the AIs to ask — no more tagging roles first. The other AIs answer in new tabs, and you read each answer in its tab. You can follow up in the same compared chats, or compare in new chats. When the answers disagree, Get a verdict reads each chat's latest answer and sorts them out in one step.

The panel shows only the role you are in. In a tagged chat you see that role's whips; the ⌂ toggle (shortcut ←/→) switches to the main list. To reach another role, press its chip in the top row to go to that chat. Whips open role chats in new tabs for you — no more seating a role in each tab.

Choosing a set no longer binds a workspace. Running a whip binds it, and the first chat names it.

Presets, trimmed. Decision War Room and Writing Studio left the gallery (copies you already took stay). The prompt library left the gallery too. Adversarial Refine now brings back objections to your own draft.

Questions a whip asks open in a dialog. The whole question shows, and a multi-line value keeps its line breaks while you edit it.

Fewer permissions at install. The tabs permission is gone — the install prompt now says what the store listing says.

A fresh install starts empty. No sample sets are pre-loaded. Your first set comes from the onboarding prompt, or from a share string you pick up on the recipes board.

The builder no longer covers the message box. It stands on its own in the viewport; renaming a variable carries its references along, and deleting one asks inside the panel first. Hints and errors now read in plain words.

Sign-in is required only where a site needs it. A clear "Sign in" chip replaces the padlock.

A chat remembers its workspace. Membership lives on the chat, not the tab, so reopening it returns to the same workspace.

Clicking the toolbar icon outside a chatbot opens the WhipWhip Center home. So does installing from such a tab.

Failure notices speak plainly. They say what got in the way instead of internal error text, and tabs left open across an extension update tell you to reload.

A folded panel stays folded across tabs. No more re-folding it on every tab.

Cleaned up what deleting a set left behind. A deleted set could still look selected, and sets pulled from the gallery missed merge rescue. Both fixed.

One voice across the extension. Wording that named the same thing two ways now matches.

Site: sets carry their own comments, and how often they were read and taken now shows. A set page tells you how to use it without the extension, and lays out variable defaults and the root it forked from. The recipes list filters by which bot a set crosses to.
